Mobile Account Access - Manage your account on the move

There are a number of ways in which you can manage your finances; we've made it easier by offering our Text Service.

You can manage your account by:

  • Checking your balance
  • Moving funds to your cardonebanking Prepaid Corporate MasterCard® Card

You will also receive free text alerts when:

  • You've been approved for an account, we'll send your sort code and account number
  • Deposited funds are cleared into your billing account
  • Direct Debit or standing orders have been successfully paid
  • You have insufficient funds to pay a direct debit or standing order
  • Your cardonebanking Corporate MasterCard has been ordered and activated
  • Any standing order you have has been changed

Check your balance on your mobile

Checking your account and card balance couldn't be simpler. Instead of phoning our call centre, check your balance on your mobile phone. Either log in using your smartphone or text:

Send BALANCE to 60777 from your mobile.

Transferring funds onto your cardonebanking Corporate MasterCard from your billing account

If you're out shopping and you want to make a purchase using your cardonebanking Corporate MasterCard but you've forgotten to load funds onto your card, you can now load funds using your mobile. It's as easy as texting your friends.

Send LOAD + Amount to 60777 from your mobile
(e.g. "LOAD 50" will load £50 to your card).

You'll immediately receive a response confirming that we've received your request and then within an hour your funds will be moved and available to spend. We'll text you when the money is available on your card. In order to use the text service, you must have registered your mobile number with us. If you have not already done so, please call customer services on 0871 811 1881. Calls cost 11p per minute, plus your phone company's access charge.

If you prefer to manage your money online, you are still able to use our online banking service.

There is a charge of 15p per balance request charged to your billing account. It is FREE to move money to your card, but you will be charged to send to 60777 at your usual network rate.

There are some limits that must be remembered when using the LOAD service. Your cardonebanking Corporate MasterCard can be topped up three times per day.

Each top up cannot exceed £2500. There is a daily limit of £5000 that can be loaded to your cardonebanking Corporate MasterCard.
